The Jadar West Project is located approximately 2 km east of the township of Loznica, and about 120 km southwest of Belgrade.

Major national highways pass through Loznica. A network of paved and gravel roads transects the Project, and provides reasonable year-round access. The nearest airport is at Belgrade. Loznica has train service, and is on the main power supply route for the Republic of Serbia. Mobile services are available, but can be patchy due to the topography. Internet wireless facilities are available in Loznica.

Potable water in the Project area is typically obtained from individual wells and springs. Although exploration activity may be curtailed by winter conditions, it is expected that any potential mining operation would be able to be conducted year-round. <...>
